Where I Die of Shock
My mother is a clean freak. I am not. This is not shocking.
My parents are coming tomorrow and the house is not clean. I phoned my mother today and asked her to help me Friday give the house a good cleaning.
She agreed, and then told me that really, I should get another cleaning lady.
It's a good thing there were no feathers around to knock me over.

haha, my mother-in-law came over to clean my house without my having to ask... honestly, I can't tell the difference, stuff is stuff, dirty of clean. I'm thankful she did it, but really, I wouldn't have done it on my own (or paid someone to do it).
I would love if someone would come help me clean. I feel like I never have a chance to get to everything.
I think I would love to have a cleaning lady, but sadly my oh so practical husband can't see the point. And he does help with the housework, so I suppose he does get a say...
